Chauffeurs for the cars are not there just to drive the vehicle, he/she will assist you in many ways.  Hand your bouquet to them to make it easier for you to get in and out of the car.  They are on hand to carry your bouquet when you are walking if you have a large gown to hold up.  The chauffeur will open and close all doors, please do not attempt to do this yourself as any damage caused by passengers will be billed to the client.  There is a large umbrella in each of the cars in case it should be needed.  In the event of emergencies they also carry mobile phones.

Confetti is expected both inside and outside the car, however, please be aware that the chauffeur will clear any confetti off the bodywork of the car in the event of wet weather.  Confetti can stain the paint work.  You should also consider that damp confetti on the inside of the car can not only stain leather upholstery, but also may damage your gown.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

Payment terms are as follows: To secure a booking 20% deposit is payable with the final balance being due one month before the wedding.

Deposits are non refundable in the event of cancellation.

Tipping of your chauffeur is normal practice as long as you are happy with the service provided

In the event of mechanical failure we reserve the right to substitute the vehicle booked. We accept no responsibility for any breakdowns whatsoever.

Quotes are based on details supplied by yourselves and allow 2 hours from your service time (we expect to arrive at your reception venue two hours after the stated time of your service).  Extra time will be charged per car on a quarter hourly rate of £10.  If payment is made after the day then an administration charge of £10.00 is added on top of the extra payment required.
